Section 37
Delegation of Powers
: (1) The Assembly may delegate some powers to the Academic Council, Executive Council and the Vice-Chancellor as required out of the powers granted to it under this Act.
(2) The Academic Council, Executive Council or the Selection Committee may delegate some of the rights granted to them according to this Act to any officer or subordinate body of the institution as required.
